Hello better to stop if kaya naman. Kasi 3in1 coffee are rich with sugar aside sa caffeine po. It may lead to gestational diabetes or others po. I am a coffee person pero I gave up coffee po when I knew I was pregnant.

Hi miiii ... noooooooope po kasi, caffeine plus the sugar within the 3in1 coffee. May mga mama milk po na coffee flavored still, naghihintay ka po ng ilang months.)
1cup of black coffee everyday as per my OB is okay. But 3in1 is not advisable because of its sugar content, might as well black coffee mixed with stevia/ splenda.

In moderation. But better to avoid due to caffeine and sugar kasi super taas ng sugar content ng mga 3 in 1 coffee.
