Tea? coffee?

Hi ! is it okay to drink tea? like those bottled ice lemon tea, green tea peach tea etc. how bout coffee?

I don't take coffee, only sips of Vietnam coffee once in a while. Usually I limit to 1 cup of milk tea per day. 😊
