Reaching Climax?

Is it ok to reach your climax during love making sa 5 mos pregnant? Can't help it kasi, tos tong baby ko sa gitna ng tyan ko nag'stay tos feel ko tumitigas tyan ko but eventually after sex gumagalawgalaw naman sya. ? Thanks and God bless

sabi ng OB ko before, ganon daw talaga titigas tyan mo, more water lang daw after sex niyo tas pahinga muna at wag everynight.
