Not recommended by my OB yang efficascent oil. Delikado raw. Better use Aciete de Manzanilla. Pero you can read this article from this app https://ph.theasianparent.com/efficascent-oil-sa-buntis

Medyo maanghang po yata ang efficascent oil para sa mga preggy. Mas better po siguro kung aciete de manzanilla nlng po. :)
