I totally understand your concern about being exposed to secondhand smoke during pregnancy. It's great that you're trying your best to avoid it, but sometimes it can be difficult, especially in public places. I have been in a similar situation during my pregnancies, and I can assure you that many other mummies have faced this too. While it's not ideal to be around secondhand smoke, try to focus on what you can control, like avoiding smoking areas and asking people not to smoke near you. It's important to remember that every pregnancy is different, and the impact of secondhand smoke can vary. However, staying as smoke-free as possible is always the best option for your baby's health. Make sure to talk to your healthcare provider if you have any concerns or questions about how your baby may be affected. In the end, stay positive and take care of yourself and your little one. Remember, you're doing your best, and that's what matters most. Your baby will most likely turn out fine, but it's always good to prioritize a smoke-free environment for both of you. its fine, you're alrdy doing all you can to limit your exposure. Key thing is tt u don't smoke, and no one in your family smokes. That's good enough. I walk past my office smoking corner everyday and baby is fine

don’t be paranoid. I’m sure it’s fine if it’s not long period exposure. Pregnancy is already tiring, don’t dwell over issue like this for too long. Wear a mask if it helps you to feel comfortable.
