pumping during working hours

My office hours 8.30am to 6pm If i only punp at 8am, 1pm and 7pm Latch at night Will i be able to keep up my supply until lo is 1 year old? Thanks

Mothers milk supply differs per person. But based on what I have seen, if you religiously pump at regular times a day, your milk supply should be constant too and be capable of producing milk till your child is a year old

I can't say for sure because i don't pump as much anymore, but as long as you keep this consistent it shld be fine 👍🏻
