Nowadays, everyone speaks of yoga, which always was there since ages. I want to know that is it good for my 5 year old to do yoga. Is it of any good if my kid is doing enough physical activity required for her age?

absolutely! in fact, kids yoga is all the rage now, thanks to the many health benefits. it is good that your kid gets enough physical activity. however, yoga is not just good for the physical aspect, but has various other benefits, such as helping your kid to stay calm, learn patience, breathe well, relax, improve concentration and focus and more.
