Not sure if my 8.5 mths girl is having sleep regression? She will sleep for 2 hours plus max and wake up either playing by herself or crying. It's been like that for few weeks. Recently she will refuse milk once a day as well. Not sure anyone facing the same problem as me? Was wondering if this will ever end. #1stimemom #firstbaby #advicepls
