Baby catnap 15 mins

Is it normal for young babies (3m) to cat nap even as little as 15 mins ? 2-3 times a day. Sometimes can go 30/40 but sometimes only 15 mins then he would wake up and refuse to sleep again I sometimes also want to rest while he nap 😣
