Belly feels rock hard at one side

Is it normal that sometimes our belly feels hard as rock at one side or at upper belly, feels like baby is stationary at that side or leaning “outwards”. No pain or anything and it usually happen for a few secs only. Usually after i rub my tummy at that part then it will become soft again. Is it normal ? And whats the cause ? Is it the baby? #firsttimemom

It can be your muscle, baby’s position or braxton hicks :) Usually no harm, just soothe the area like what you did will do 😊.
