Normal po bang sumakit ang ulo almost everyday? 14weeks pregnant po ako. And hindi po ako makatulog ng maayos.

Yes mommy, that's normal, isa yan sa mga experiences especially during first trimester. What's not normal is parang nagbablackout ka na and almost magfaint. If that happens, have yourself checked para mas sure 😊 Hope you'll feel better!

Ganyan din ako mommy nung first trimester, sabay pa ng vomiting at kung ano ano jusko. Kakaenter ko lang ng second trimester, na lessen ang sakit ng ulo though andyan padin siya kaya bed rest lang ako most of the time. Stay hydrated and if kikilos ka, gently lang, wag biglaan kasi mahihilo ka talaga. Good luck mommy 😍
