Feeling dizzy every after meals at 29 weeks

Normal po ba ang ganto? Especially after eating breakfast like today, nagpahinga ako around 11 am Sabi ko idlip Lang Kasi nahihilo saka habol ang hininga talaga tapos nagising ako 4pm na. #29weeks #dizzy #dizziness

Hi Momshie. I also experienced something like this. Most of the time dehydrated ka. You can drink electrolytes or Pocari sweat. Then observe. Tas kain din ng konteng biscuit to avoid low blood sugar. Then if bagong gising, wag agad bumangon, stretch konte sa kama para ang bloodflow di nakakahilo sa brain . If masama talaga pakiramdam, better check with your OB to be sure.
