Its normal to have head ache while your pregnant?

Yes, it's pretty normal. We most of the time charge to hormonal changes all those annoying pains that we suffer from during pregnancy. When I was one, what I do is gentle massage my templates and if possible sleep. And if I experience it when in the office I take a break and relax for a while. Yes. First trimester culprit for headaches are usually hormones and blood surge while headaches during third trimester are commonly caused by poor posture and tension from carrying your little bub inside. Other causes may be lack of sleep, dehydration, low blood sugar, stress and caffeine withdrawal. Also be wary of other symptoms as headache may be an indication of preeclampsia, or high blood pressure during pregnancy.
