Fever on 1st trimester

Is it normal to have fever as early as 4 weeks? What should I do? I just found out I'm pregnant. Just about 2 days ago. And now I have fever. 😔 First timer here. #1stimemom #advicepls #theasianparentph #firstbaby #pregnancy
