Is it normal to have cramp at the lower stomach during 5month plus pregnancy?

Hi. I'm also 5 month now. Feeling pain below at pantry line area. And stomach feel bloated too. Feeling more intense pain if I sit down. Stand up feel better. Is this normal? Anyone experience the same?

Cramping is normal, but if it gets to a point where it really hurts etc, its always good to check it out :)
