Blocked Tear Duct

Is it normal for 2 weeks old baby to have blocked tear duct? Una sa right side lang panay yung pagmumuta nya medyo watery na green and mas dumadami pag napahaba sleep ni baby then napansin ko pati kabilang side nadin nya nagmumuta na din. I have read some articles and comment here but also need an advice how to normally treat this, im just worried next week pa ako magpapa-consult kasi sa pedia nya since ayun din sched nya for f/up check up.
