Actually yes babies do that. (Cross eyes) but usually it will not stay for long. It's just babys thing. My eldest daughter does that during confinement but it's temporary. One more thing, don't play peek a boo while standing from above their head. It will encourage the baby to look up and encourage cross eyes..
