yes mamsh lahat ng vitamins ko ngsusuka ako pag d ko iniinom after meals. Yang hemarate ko imbes na before meal after meal ko sya tinitake kasi sinusuka ko pag before meal. Pati yung Obimin ko after meal ko din iniinom ksi sinusuka ko dn pag hndi.
