diet yg balance is very important..sy gdm on diet..tp x tggi sgt pn mse 1st minum air gula tu je yg sgkut 5.3 mse before minum..sbb a day before dok mkn kek..ats pagar je tp still dktr ckp sgkut..then kne buat bsp..now dh 3rd bsp sume ok..dlm 4-5 je reading nye..balance diet is very important..nasik putih tukar nasik basmati or perang..amek 1 senduk ngm2 je..sayur msti half pinggan..protein pn suku je..kalau boleh msk yg rebus jgn goreng..plain water 2 liter everyday..avoid la mne2 manisan..
kalau tgh pregnant, sila dptkan nasihat doctor. maybe kena start ubat. kalau tk pregnant, pon kena jumpa doctor. tkde makanan/sayur/jus/supplement yg akan turunkan gula. diet suku suku separuh and exercise tu penting.
