Do you keep track of your weight gain every week in 2nd tri?

Next check is in 4 weeks which is pretty long.. tend to get anxious too. Are we supposed to keep track and have to gain weight every week? #firsttimemom thanks in advance!

It is best to keep track of your weight be it gain or lose. However, for me I don't bother much. Both pregnancy I gain but ain't much and I lose the same amount of weight after that. Best advice, if you are worried, you should keep track. Atleast you know if you eat too much and gaining alot or you are not progressing well with atleast minimal weight gain.

Thanks 😄

don't have to keep track as they weigh you every gynae visit. everyone is different. not everyone will steadily increase weight weekly. what matters is as long as bb and you are healthy and eating well.

Thank you! :)

If youre gaining weight or losing from 1st trim, maybe you can track but i dont think need to be every week maybe every few weeks. For me i dont track as i dont gain much even during 2nd trim

I see, thank you 😄

No 😀 I keep track when I go for gynea appt. As long as you are not over eating, don’t think you will gain much weight.
