It’s important to stay hydrated at all times. Personally drinking coconut water, eating high fat content food like avocado and overnight oats help boost my supply. Also, drinking hot milo, ginger and red dates tea, and eating Oreo biscuits somehow help me too. Try avoid food that can dip your supply like peppermint, ginseng etc

Try salmon! It work wonders for me but be careful. Don’t eat too much or you will have too many supplies until your boobs hard
