Stroller or Wagon?

Hello! Need your advice. I have a 1 year 7 months old todder and a newborn coming up. Currently have a stroller but dont know for the second one which one should i buy? Thank you for the advices!

I have a similar question with yours. So I was kind of considering the bugaboo donkey that can fit toddler and newborn together.
