Travel with infant alone

Need to travel with my 1 month old girl alone to see doctor... which way is easier? Bus with stroller? Taxi with baby wrap?

last time I baby wrap baby and bring the lightest stroller I have, cos her infant carseat a bit too heavy for me. But just remember you can only take cab, not grab
