Rashes agaaaaaaain

Need help, new mom here. How to cure this rashes on my lo's neck po? Been using fucidin 2% for 3 days now. No changes at all.

Try Rash Free ointment. Yan yung pinagamit ng pedia ko. Also, clean with wet cotton and pat dry maybe 2 times a day or as needed and leeg ni baby.
