I got pregnant while on depo jab. Any unwanted pregnancy turned out great here?

my 2nd child is unplanned.... i initially only wanted 1 child cause i wanted to go back to work. i am a stay home mum for the past 6 years. I got pregnant with 2nd child n was considering abortion cause i cant afford to hv another baby. But when me n hubby hear the heartbeat of the baby during first appt we change our mind n keep him. Now he is almost 6 months n i cannot tell you how much i cry every time thinking that i almost aborted him. He brought alot of good luck into the family....
