Pagbabalik sa pagpapasuso(breastfeeding)

Need advise. Tested positive sa covid19 so i had to stop my baby from breastfeeding that lasted for 3weeks. Gusto ko po ulot ibf si baby, possible pa po ba yun? Sabi kasi ng matatanda, hindi na daw po pwede dahil panis na daw po ang gatas ko. PLEASE COMMENT PO. TIA. #breastfeeding
