bleeding during 1st tri

Hello, need advice for a 1st time mummy. is it normal to have bleeding during 1st tri? not heavy flow, no back pains and cramps

I still bleed that is why i didnt know I am pregnant until I am 3 months. Doctor said I am fine. better check with doctor
