Bleeding during pregnancy

Hi new mum here , i'm at w6d6 . I noticed that I'm having a light bleeding & severe cramps . Have anyone experienced the same thing during their 1st tri ? #advicepls #pregnancy

Shouldn't feel severe cramps while pregnant even in the early pregnancy but only mild like period cramps. Do head down to the A&E asap.

Think positive ok. Best to go to the hospital for a thorough check as soon as possible. Only then you will know. Hopefully baby is fine.

Yes it’s possible. Or a threatened miscarriage. So please go straight to the hospital
