Overthinking

May nakaranas na po ba dito ang mag overthink? Kung anu-ano iniisip kahit hindi naman talaga dapat. 38weeks and 2days na po ako. 1st time mom here.

Yes, kahit hindi pregnant most of us girls/moms ganyan. hehe. So ako nagyoyoga or exercise na lang para maboost ang happy hormones and tayo lang makakapagpabago ng way of thinking natin. Keep yourself busy and relax kapag magssleep na. You can use relaxing music during your siesta time. 😊
