35weeks here. Ang ginagawa ko po is gumagamit ng madaming pillows para mas comfortable yung paghiga ng side-lying. Lagay ka po small pillow under your tummy to ease back pain. Listen to relaxing sounds/music sa spotify. Safe din po satin ang chamomile tea mii try mo. Pamassage po kayo kay hubby it will ease your body's tension and aches. Mild back massages are safe too according to my OB.
