dont over do it mommy. daily exercise lang, your body will eventually feel and undergo the process. conserve energy pag kailangan mo na mag push

hindi po makakatulong kung magpapaka stress kayo. depende po kay baby yan kung ready na sya lumabas o hindi pa. pwede mo po sya kausapin.
