Abdominal cramps @ 36weeks

There is no clear evidence that efficasent oil can harm your baby but it is better to not use it for a while. In my case, all oldies say na "mainit sa bata yan, nakakasunog, etc." I ask them what's their scientific basis, di nila masagot. But I've read an article about if efficasent oils could possibly harm our babies. Case ahowed the baby experienced increased cardiac activity when the mother applied efficasent oil on her neck area(not sure) but upon history taking, she said she took something else aside from applying efficasent so it is not clear whether the increased cardiac activity of the fetus was caused by the efficasent and still there's no proof but was only advised to not use it all the time or better don't use it while you're pregnant. Try to use mansanilla instead. :) I stopped using efficasent oil at around 29 weeks because of this article I've read just to be safe and opted to use mansanilla and hot compress instead.
