Baby Led or Traditional?

Nag okay na si pedia namin na pakainin ng solids si baby at 4 mos. Choice ko pa rin naman daw so I choose to wait until 6 mos. Habang hindi pa nagstart si baby, nagpreprepare na ako sa mga kakainin niya. We did blw mostly because that's what my son prefers. Hindi nya gusto yung puree, and gusto nya talaga yung mga kinakain namin. We just make sure na tama yung size, lambot, and consistency for him. We have no problem sa food ngayon, he tries almost anything. Basta meal time should be enjoyable for you and your baby, walang pilitan para magkaron sya ng healthy relationship with food ☺️

we did BLW. in my observation, mas hindi picky eater, exposed sa different texture ng food. my daughter knows when there's something odd sa food nya like may nasamang small bones etc.
