My twins are 21 mo and are starting to learn that daddy has got different body parts compared to them. They cry when my husband close the bathroom door on them and will start pointing at his penis and then giggling among themselves if he left the door open. We are quite shocked as this behavior seems too early. Any advise how to teach the girls about different gender body parts at this young age?

If you twins are already aware of the differences between gender, you and your hubby should not bath/change clothes in front of them anymore. Also, it will be helpful to teach them the proper terms for genital parts, e.g. vaginal for girls and penis for boys. If your twins can understand stories, it will be useful to read books on differences between boy and girl.
