My mom is very fond of buying tinapa and daing (smoked fish) in the market for her specialty--Pinoy breakfast. And since she's purchasing from the market, usually there are no expiration date labels for these. About how long can we keep these or is there a way to prolong their shelf-life?

Hello! Me and my mum started selling danggit, tuyo, fish tocino etc. We keep them in a dry cool storage box with their sealed locks. We dont put them inside the ref bec we think that it is sun dried so it will make more molds if theyre squishy and cold. But we make sure we dispose them after two to three weeks ☺️
