My baby looks cross-eyed. Is there anything I can do about it?

It is normal. Babies appear to be cross-eyed due to the extra skin in the inner corners of their eyes. The eyes will usually realign when the baby is 3 or 4 months old. http://www.whattoexpect.com/first-year/ask-heidi/cross-eyed-baby.aspx
