My almost one year old has started walking and he walks almost always on his tiptoes. I'm worried this will hurt his feet. Any other mums experiencing this?

It is quite normal for babies to walk on their tiptoes when they just learning to walk. For me, I let my girl wore hard sole shoes and after that she will not walking on her tiptoes.
