Bread for less than 1 yo

Hi mums! Want to introduce bread to my BLW baby but unsure what brand is suitable, less sodium, no sugar. Any recommendations? TIA! :)

i actually just go for sunshine/gardenia but bread can glom up and baby can choke. so i toast it to prevent gagging
