After One month giving birth

Hello mums. Im kind of worried.. last few days back i went for my 6 weeks postpartum check up. Doctor say about the family planning thingy to avoid pregnancy at the moment . We had unprotected s*x. I give ending of September. Finish bleeding early this month.. what mummies think ? Cos I don’t frequent latch. As breast feeding prevent pregnancy.

I didnt take any family planning like implant, birth control pills etc for 4 years. I didnt use condom. We plan our intercourse days. Of course during my 4 months and healing period no intercourse allowed. Whether hubs like it or not, have to endure. My healing process is important. We only get our second child as of May, this year. But, this happened unexpectedly despite him not ejaculating inside. But even if he ejaculate outside, there can be chances of atleast 1% to 5% traces of semen can cause us to be pregnant.

Can use condom? Don’t take medicine or insert.
