Mums, I just found out I m pregnant again - and I am not ready for the second one. I am thinking of an abortion. Any advice for me? What is the abortion process like?

My friend aborted before and I always felt guilty for not offering to adopt her child. Im sure there would be people who would love the child.. You just need to bring him/her into this world.
