Mums, I just found out I m pregnant again - and I am not ready for the second one. I am thinking of an abortion. Any advice for me? What is the abortion process like?

To tell you the truth my second child also came very suddenly and I also considered abortion although I did not I was for months in hospital with her as she was very sick today she is 6 years old and I still feel guilty about my thoughts that time because now I really want to get pregnant again and have been struggling for more than a year ...just thought I should share this with you today
