Spices in baby food

Hi mums. My baby is 7 months now.. I want to introduce spices in her food.. what spices are safe for baby?

Spices in baby food not recommended. Perhaps you can start from 1 years old onwards at minimal.

    There are spices that is safe for babies, nutmeg for example :) do check with doctor!
