can just buy generic calcium tablets to eat. remember to eat vit d too, it helps our body absorb the calcium better. have been doing so from week 24 of pregnancy on gynea advice. am still doing so, as my bb is on full breast milk. hope that helps

I drink maternal milk on top of my prenatals. Can also check with gynae if the supplements we take are okay. Despite the calcium my joint some times feel weak like they are looser heard it’s normal so didn’t bother much abt it
