Yellow wateries poo
Hi mummy's May I know is 1 years old kid.. Everyday poo 3 to 5 time with yellowish wateries poo.. Is it normal or it is diarrhoea. And the backside become rashes need advices.

It’s quite likely diarrhoea. You’ll probably need to see a doc for some medication. Also, try not to use wet wipes as it will irritate his skin. Instead, wash him with warm water immediately after a poo.
