Have you visited dr? If yes they will give you what's suitable for 3 months old baby. Just FYI HFMD can happened to anyone be it baby, toddler, kids as well as adult. This happened through high touch surfaces, cough, sneeze, object like toys. Therefore, it is easily gotten.

suggest you disinfect all the toys and furniture at home and the things you bought. bring your LO to PD.
