My baby just took vaccine last month and this is what my doctor advised: Monitor your baby’s temperature to check if there’s any fever. If the temperature is above 38.5 degree celsius, please go see a PD. Prepare fever patch, or if you don’t have it, you can just use a wet cloth to put on the forehead. Use room temperature water will do. Do not use ice water. Don’t need to give panadol as they are still very young.

monitor your baby temperature. some life vaccines can cause fever. my boy got a feverish after injection. (4 months) The doctor just asked to keep him hydrated, so I gave him more breastmilk.

weird that nobody there advised you on what to take note of when you brought your baby for vaccination

just need to monitor for fever. Good to have paracetamol and fever patches on hand
