Breathless and very easily out of breath at 27 weeks. Is this normal?

Hi mummies, FTM here. I am easily out of breath just sitting around or walking around or when i am very full. I am not super massive yet so idk if its me being unfit or its pregnancy?#1stimemom #pleasehelp #advicepls

Same here. I’m 26w3d, and I’m getting shortnes of breath quite often. Sometimes even when I’m ready for bed, and start getting shortness of breath when I first lie down. I constantly remind myself to take deep long breaths to regulate it to get out of the episode. Am intending to bring up to my gynae at my next appt though I have read that shortness of breath is normal when our baby bump gets bigger. 😊
