Working during pregnancy

Hi mummies/mummies-to-be, Any of you currently/have been working while pregnant? How do you cope with the swollen feet due to standing long hours, the backpain for sitting too long in the office, the migraine/headache that you have to endure throughout the day..? Any tips or advices to share? Would love to read the different types of pregnancy journey that you ladies have gone through while working! 😊✨ #pregnancy

For aches, I strongly recommend doing yoga! I’ve been doing it every night before bed and it has helped to relieve all my aches and I sleep better too.

I'm on my 6th month and still working at home as helper. I tried to make my self well hydrated and rest/lay down in my left side once I feel tired..

I kept my legs on stool. walked little while working, used pillow for backpain
