Rubella vacinne

Hello mummies, If we were to take the rubella vacinne during early stage of pregnancy (eg. Abt 4 weeks pregnant), will it affect the pregnancy ? Thank you!

Agree with the other posts. Plus the clinic may be unwilling to administer the vaccination for you because they will ask about your pregnancy status. I was asked before if I was pregnant, before the nurse even considered administering mine. You can consider taking it after the pregnancy.

Pregnant women SHOULD NOT take MMR vaccine as it may cause a serious impact on you and your pregnancy. MMR vaccine should be taken 3 mths before you're pregnant

If you have not been immunised with the vaccine. I have never taken any MMR vaccine before I got pregnant. In Sg it is not common for the disease as our baby will get the vaccine at 12 mths old so no need to worry about it

I don't think pwede sya kasi live vaccine. Better ask your OB muna.
