Can i ask for wfh

Hi hi mummies. I am working as an outdoor sales, my boss requires me to go back office daily but I am ending my first trimester of pregnancy in a few weeks time. Am I able to even ask to wfh as I still have a 10 months old baby at home too.. #pleasehelp

Well it’s encourage tho. Also go back office daily just you or? Can you check with boss or HR?

It’s not right to full force if asking normal timing job, you can report them. Well Some companies asking employees to go back office ( for some reasons ) so also really need to find out what he meant by daily. - “For employees who are still unable to work from home due to the nature of work (e.g. work can only be done with equipment that is confined to the workplace) …….. “ / or like “ Stagger start times and allow flexible workplace hours “ Look at 5 & 6 onwards . You can request for wfh but firstly Ask him for more details, if he insists like normal timing or etc. Please screen shot messages or get evidence by clocking in n out time or get a letter from him or HR etc . Make sure he follows MOM guidelines if not, have doubts , please call MOM after you communicate with him and clarify some things are not stated on website .

I don’t think you’re allowed to go back to office, due to Covid. Please feel free to report your company to MOM if they insist in offending the SMM rules.
